Atiqah had went through a 20 week internship at MediaCorp's Malay News & Current Affairs Department. As an editorial intern in the company, she was able to experience the roles of a producer in 'News' and an assistant producer in 'Current Affairs'. Listed below are some of the works that she has done and the series that was involved in during her time with them.

During her time with the news department, Atiqah was assigned a couple of stories. Her tasks included reversioning English stories to suit the Malay audience, writing stories from press releases, editing visuals to accompany the scripts as well shadow and assist reporters during bigger events.
Atiqah's tasks included having reversion news stories to suit the Malay audience and creating packages for the News.
As a reporter, Atiqah was also tasked to write stories with information extracted from press releases.
Atiqah also assisted reporters during major events with conducting the interviews and taking photos for digital platforms.
Current Affairs
During her time with the current affairs department, Atiqah was able to assist the producers during the production of a 5 episode series called 'Lensa Ramadan' as well as one episode of 'DIGIT'. Her tasks included assisting the producers during filming, contacting newsmakers, conducting interviews, transcribing and shortlisting visuals.
Atiqah was able to assist producers during filming in terms of script checks & identifying locations.
Atiqah was able to assist in the production of Lensa Ramadan, a Hari Raya special.
Atiqah's tasks included conducting interviews and filming links.
